How long do custom orders take?

Our standard turnaround time is 3–7 business days after your design has been approved. Bulk and rhinestone orders may require additional time depending on the complexity of the project.

Do you create custom designs?

Yes! If you don’t already have a design, simply describe your idea and we’ll work with you to create something you’ll love.

Can I upload my own logo or artwork?

Absolutely! You can upload your design directly on the product page during checkout.

What file types do you accept?

PNG (preferred), JPEG, PDF, SVG, AI, and EPS.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! We offer discounted pricing for qualifying bulk orders. Visit our Bulk Orders page or contact us for larger quantities.

Can I order matching family shirts?

Yes! We offer customizable family and matching sets for vacations, birthdays, holidays, reunions, baby announcements, and more.

Do you make business apparel?

Yes! We create shirts, polos, hoodies, sweatshirts, and other apparel for businesses, schools, churches, sports teams, and organizations.

What if I need my order sooner?

Rush services may be available for an additional fee. Contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

Can I provide my own apparel?

Yes! For select services, such as rhinestone jerseys, you may provide your own garment. Customer-supplied items must be clean and in new or excellent condition.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order. If there is an issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started.

Do colors look exactly like they do on the screen?

We do our best to display colors accurately, but actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and garment materials.
