Turnaround Time

All custom orders have a turnaround time of 3–7 business days after design approval. This excludes weekends and national holidays.

Bulk and specialty items (including rhinestone designs and denim jackets) may require additional processing time.

Please note turnaround times doesn’t include shipping time

Design Approval

Customers will receive a design proof (if applicable) before production begins.

Production will only start after final approval is given.

Delay in approval might result in a longer turnaround time.

Rush Orders

Rush orders may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Custom Orders- No Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all custom orders are final sale.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on:

- Custom apparel

- Personalized items

- Rhinestone designs

- Bulk orders

Order issues/damages

JB Expressions is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

Sizing

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

We are not responsible for incorrect size selection, and refunds or exchanges will not be provided for sizing issues.
